We all carry emotional baggage and traumas from our past.

In my clinical experience, I have noticed a common theme: no amount of healthy eating habits and exercise can release your emotional baggage. ⁠

⁠We often look outside ourselves for all the answers. We would rather ask for a magic pill or protocol from a Dr. than have to do the inner hard work of emotional healing. ⁠⁠

When we experience trauma, both large and small, it creates emotions.  When emotions get stuck in the body, we often start to develop physical symptoms like pain and other diseases.

The key to healing is searching for the trapped emotions and setting clear intentions to release them. ⁠

I have looked into getting relief from my stress and anxiety over a divorce that has not allowed me to see my children, along with owning a business and just life. Bri completely took my anxiety away in her first session. I felt a weight lifted off me the next day when I woke up; I literally felt no stress or worries about previous concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She went above and beyond to help me as well as explain the work being done.
